This is, by far, one of my favorite places, It’s newly renovated , with solid oak floors in the living and bedroom. New kitchen cabinets, counters and range.  it’s super nice.

We just installed two euro style mini split A/C’s in the home, they are whisper quiet and very efficient.  The front door of this home far from the street.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer located on the premises.
