As you follow a historic brick driveway and make your way down the brick walkway you will find tucked far away from the street a great tin roofed 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom. The living room, kitchen and bathroom have vaulted ceilings, two ceiling fans in the bedroom and one ceiling fan in the living room. The maple kitchen cabinets are custom made, the drawers in the lower cabinets use full extension soft close hardware, the counters and backsplash are solid surface. There is a 30″ glass top electric oven and Microwave/hood. As of 2022 the home has well insulated walls and ceilings, new high efficiency mini-split HVAC, updated electrical panel, wiring, plumbing and fixtures through out.  The home is lit like an art gallery, the 2″ dimmable LED’s wash the walls with light, hang your art on the walls and your art will light the rooms. Solid white oak wood floors run diagonal in the bedroom only, tile covers the living room, kitchen and bathroom floors. Fenced in back yard, and small front and back porches.  The front porch has it’s own cypress swing. We do consider renting this place to dog owners, sorry no cats. There is a coin operated washer and dryer located just a few steps away.

There are some weird quirks in the home like the floors are not level, there are cracked tiles, where doors and wall moved the tile is filled in with grout. All of the doors are 30″ wide, including the exterior doors.

However this is one of my sweetest places.
