There is a bike lane that travels down 4th and 2nd Ave that takes you through downtown and to the University. There is a park diagonal from the house. There is a 8×6 storage shed in the backyard, not shown in the photos, that houses a provided electric mower for your lawn maintenance needs, a ladder so you can change the provided a/c filters and some extra space for your bikes.

Inside the house we have installed solid white oak floors, historically accurate trim and baseboards, put nice ceiling fans in every room and the front and interior doors have a clear finish. We custom made maple cabinets that use full extension drawer slides and in each corner there are Lazy Susan’s to help maximize the storage space. Tile counters, back splash, gas range, and washer dryer hook ups. All water lines and sewer lines in the house are new. We care about the work we do and the homes we make.
