This sweet little house has a nice custom kitchen. Counters and backsplash are Richlite. There are undermount LED lights, a pull out trash can , lazy susan, and full extension soft close drawers. The house is heated and cooled with a highly efficient Mitsubishi split system. The ceilings are vaulted and a ceiling fan moves the air around nicely. The windows and roof were replaced as well as the exterior was painted in 2025

This is a really cute and secluded house. The home was gutted about 25 years ago and fixed glass was installed. The floors are tiled. Brick walkway to the entrance of the home. Coin operated washer and dryer are on premises,  The front porch and swing rest under a gigantic oak tree estimated to be a couple hundred years old.
